Your Fractional Chief AI Officer for the next 12 months

I install the AI system I run my own business on inside your business, on your accounts, and I sit on your leadership team about 30 hours a month to run it. My strength is marketing, nearly 30 years of it, so the marketing jobs get built the way they should be. I train your people on it as we go, so by month 12 your team runs it without me.

1AI system, installed and run in your business

Who this is for

You run a business, and you need AI working inside it. Not a tool somebody plays with. A system that does real jobs every day, run by your own people, on your own accounts.

MY STRENGTH

Marketing

Leads, follow-up, content, email, the website, the reporting. This is my lane, nearly 30 years of it, so when the system takes on marketing it gets built on what works.

THE WHOLE COMPANY

Every job that eats your hours

Communication, scheduling, inventory, invoicing, customer service, reporting. The system takes them on in the order that pays your business, one at a time, until they run without you.

YOUR TEAM

Your people run it

Your team learns the system as we go and builds with it by talking to it. Nobody writes code. By month 12 they run it, and it is theirs.

What I do, and what I don't

I lead the work, I bring the systems, and I guide your team while they build. What I do not do is the production work and the engineering underneath. Here is the line.

What I do

  • The systems come with me. The AI system I run my own business on, and the skills already built inside it, get installed on your accounts and fitted to your business.
  • The building, guided. Your team builds the new skills and systems with me beside them, on the best practices I have from nearly 30 years of marketing, so what gets built is theirs and they know how it works.
  • What gets tried. New tools and experiments get a yes or a no from me before anyone spends a day on them.
  • The AI plan for the company. Which jobs the system takes on, in what order, judged the way nearly 30 years in marketing taught me to judge what pays. A 90-day plan first, then a plan every quarter.
  • The marketing number once the system runs marketing. Leads, pipeline, and the revenue it brought in. I report on it every month.
  • One weekly leadership meeting with you, 45 minutes, every week.
  • Your people, your agencies, and your vendors on anything the system touches. I tell them exactly what to build and I check the work.
  • The marketing budget you set, and the AI tool budget. I manage both and report on both.

What I don't do

  • I am not the engineer behind it all, and neither is your team. Nobody writes code for this. The system is a folder of plain files that Claude and ChatGPT read and work from. You build with it by talking to it.
  • I do not build every skill or set up every system by hand. Your team does the building with me guiding it, so it stays yours when I leave.
  • I am not your ad buyer. I will tell your ad buyer what to run and what a win looks like.
  • I am not your designer or your web developer. I will hand them a brief they can build from the same day.
  • I am not a full-time employee. About 30 hours a month, on your leadership team.
  • I do not replace your marketing person. If you have one, we work together and the system makes them faster.
  • I do not pay for your ad spend, your software, or your vendors. Those are your costs and you approve every one.
  • I do not promise a number. Nobody honest does. I promise the plan, the leadership, and the system your team keeps.
The AI system

By month 12, your team runs the system without me

I run my own business on an AI system I built and live in every day. It reads my files, drafts my email, plans my week, and runs the marketing jobs I used to do by hand. I install that same system inside your business, on your accounts, point it at the jobs that pay, and teach your people to run it. That is the whole point of the 12 months.

MONTHS 1 TO 3

Diagnose and install

I audit how your company works and where the hours go, write the 90-day AI plan, and set the system up in your business reading your real files.

MONTHS 4 TO 9

Run the plan and train the team

The plan runs. Every month your staff learns to run one more job with the system, in the order the plan says, with me beside them holding it to the best practices I have from nearly 30 years in marketing, until they do not need me there.

MONTHS 10 TO 12

Hand over the wheel

Your team runs the weekly rhythm, the reporting, and the system. I step back on purpose and watch it hold. Then the seat is yours to keep or to close.

The first 90 days

You should know what you are getting before the first month is over. Here is what the first quarter looks like.

30DAYS

I have read everything, talked to your people, and looked at your numbers. You get a plain diagnosis of what is working, what is not, and what to stop paying for. The system is installed.

60DAYS

The 90-day AI plan is written and running. The marketing number is defined and on a dashboard. Two or three jobs already run on the system so you can feel the change.

90DAYS

The weekly rhythm holds without me pushing it. Your first staff member is running the first jobs on the system. We write the next quarter's plan together.

About BG

BG Hamrick

Nearly 30 years in marketing. Started in 1998.

I started my marketing agency in 1998 and ran it for most of three decades. I hit a profitable year and felt nothing, so instead of quitting I rebuilt how I work. I built an AI system to run the business, handed the agency to my son-in-law Skyler, and went from doing the work to designing the work.

Now I live in that system every day and teach it to other business owners. Somewhere in there I noticed what owners keep asking me for. It is not another course. It is somebody who will sit in the chair, put AI to work inside their company, and leave them with a team that can run it.

That is what this seat is.

Common questions

What is a fractional Chief AI Officer, in plain words?

The person on your leadership team who owns how the company uses AI, for a fraction of the week instead of full time. I install the system, decide which jobs it takes on and in what order, and train your people. My strength is marketing, so those jobs get built on nearly 30 years of what works. You get the leader and the system without a full-time salary.

How much of your time do I actually get?

About 30 hours a month. That is the weekly meeting, the planning, the reporting, directing your people and vendors, and the time it takes to install the system and train your staff. I hold only a few of these at a time so each one gets real attention.

Do I have to be near you?

No. I am in Hurricane, West Virginia, near Charleston. If you are close, some of this happens in person. If you are not, it happens on video, and it works the same way.

I already have a marketing agency. Does this replace them?

Usually not. Most agencies are good at producing work and bad at deciding what work to produce. I do the deciding and hold them to it. If an agency is not earning its fee, I will tell you that too.

What is the AI system, exactly?

It is the setup I run my own business on. A plain folder of files that an AI assistant reads and works from, on your own machine and your own accounts. It drafts, plans, files, reports, and runs the repeating marketing jobs. I install it in your business and teach your staff to run it. Your data stays yours. After the 12 months you keep using it.

What happens after the 12 months?

Your team runs the system, and marketing runs on it. You can keep me on month to month, or you can close the seat and keep everything I built. The whole year is designed so you do not need me at the end of it.

Can I stop early?

Yes. Three months minimum, because nothing real shows up faster than that. After that, either of us can end it with 30 days notice.

Why are you telling friends first?

Because I would rather spend a year with someone I already trust. I can only hold a few of these at 30 hours each and do them well, so the people who know me hear about it first.
